Project Hidden Rabbit

D came to us looking for an engagement ring for B, who loves the outdoor and animals-- especially rabbits!

We went for a less sculptural structure for this project, since B prefers the more subtle elements. To reflect her love of the outdoors, the entire project was done in line with a forest theme-- the shank is based on the bark texture of trees with bling from the diamond-studded leaves, some curving gently upward to clasp the stone.

Using a colour scheme that recalls a forest in autumn, the muted sand-blasted yellow gold with rose gold accents combined with the rich rose-brown spinel, this project has some of the warmest tones we've done yet.

As a final touch, to incorporate B's favourite animal we've carved a rabbit into the band, hidden right under the main stone ;)
